Nadi Shodhana, also known as alternate breathing, is a pranayama technique that seeks to cleanse and balance the subtle energy channels of the body. Practicing Nadi Shodhana regularly calms the mind, reduces stress and improves mental clarity. It is an accessible, easy and very powerful practice that, when incorporated into your daily routine, can transform your physical and emotional well-being.

I frequently recommend this technique in consultation as part of a holistic wellness plan, but time often does not allow for detailed explanation or practice. This makes implementation into the daily routine difficult. In order to help you integrate it, I propose a monthly online meeting where we will explore practical aspects of Nadi Shodhana and answer any questions you may have.
Each monthly meeting will focus on learning and practicing Nadi Shodhana step by step. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner, if you have some experience in pranayama, if you have come to my consultations. I will guide you through each session so that you can become familiar with the technique and feel comfortable practicing it on your own.
We will meet on the second Monday of each month on Skype. Each session will be approximately 15-20 minutes. All you need is a quiet space where you can sit comfortably without distractions.
To participate, simply send me an email indicating your interest, and I will send you the link to join the session. These meetings are free and open to all who want to experience the benefits of conscious breathing.
See you at the next meeting!
